They already have a trading platform that they had built. They are introducing right now KYC complient blockchain. To make a long story short they are trying to make a blockchain where users will be verified which means that they will do KYC before the transactions will be processed which is nice for companies who want to be open and receive payments from known people. What makes me think that this ICO will succeed is that they already have a working product and also introducing another application for retailers, shoppers and advertisers.
